Stopped by to get a drink and pastry. The location is right off the freeway but the lot is tight and tiny, and usually full of cars. Got our drinks and when we got to the window we added a pastry which we forgot to order and the girls rolled her eyes so hard and was super annoyed. Felt like we did her a disservice when we added an item to our order.

One of my favorite places!! I have to edit my review. I went in today and, as always, had a pleasant encounter. I'm not editing to remind everyone of how awesome this place is, we all know that already. I'm editing because there was a bit of an issue with the scanning of my account and, like the bosses they are, the team tag teamed to problem solve and they were successful!!! I just want to praise the team that was working at 2pm on November 1st 2024 because they were a little busy and still managed to all work together to fix an issue. Coffee Bean, please give this team a raise or, at the very least, a wonderful bonus because they represented your company beautifully and deserve recognition. Also, my Ice Blended Dark Chocolate was fabulous and my blueberry muffin and lemon loaf were wonderful!

This is HANDS DOWN THE BEST coffee bean location. Everything is 5 stars !! Location ⭐️ staff ⭐️ drinks ⭐️ everyone is always EXTREMELY polite and our drinks are always PERFECT!! We've been to multiple locations and this location is the standard of what a coffee bean SHOULD BE!! you can clearly see the staff takes pride in their work. I LOVE IT !! Thank you for always making my expirence a wonderful one.
