It was raining, no line, so we pulled up the window. The guy did not greet me which was fine. I told him my drinks and he repeated them back wrong so I told him the correct way. After I did that he seem irritated. When the tip screen pulled up he just showed the screen I nodded my head. Telling him yes the 3.50 tip which is my preferred was fine. He did not acknowledge that or say thank you. He then proceeded to turn his back to the window the entire time our drinks were being made on his phone. He finally handed our drinks. I said thank you and he responded with nothing again. I always have problems with attitude from this Dutch but never the one on Peabody. It’s just so unprofessional

They only pay attention to the people coming through the drive-thru. Waited 10 minutes for my pick-up order as no acknowledged I was there. The drink was already made as I could see it on the counter, so I had to talk loud so someone can hear me and hand me my drink. Poor customer service.

I have waited patiently for the second location in Vacaville to open and of course I was there on their first day in business on Alamo Drive. I love the coffee, I love the service I get from the Bro'istas and I love seeing dogs hanging out of cars enjoying their moment in the drive-thru. It is wonderful to have this location so close to my home and have a great group of people who serve a great cup of coffee.
