The everything plant based sandwich is so good! The employees are unusually talented at dealing with customers. The customers that don't have time or patience for food service employees are what bring the atmosphere down. Sorry, I don't want to listen to your rambling about a few degrees difference in this machine or that one...make it exactly the way you want at home. In public, realize it won't be perfectly the same every single time.

Honestly, Peet’s has always been one of my favorite coffee shops in town, and I just wanted to take a moment to give a huge shout-out to all the associates for doing such an incredible job, especially during the busy holiday season. You all work so hard to ensure every customer is happy, and it doesn’t go unnoticed. A special thank you to KJ for making my birthday 🎉🎂 drink absolutely delicious! I came up with my own concoction, and it turned out just as I had imagined 🍵😋🤗. Also, the gentleman who rang up my drink was so patient with me as I asked a million questions about the syrups and sugar content..your kindness really made me feel comfortable and welcome. Keep up the fantastic work, Peet’s staff. Some of us truly recognize and appreciate the dedication you bring to your work. Thank you for making every visit a great experience! 🙌🏾🙏🏾🫶🏾
