This place is perfect! Tucked away in a cute little alley. The staff was friendly, little cute tables outside to sit and enjoy your meal. They were pretty quick with the orders. Everything was delicious and fresh. The Stoke bowl was pretty standard, tart and cold fruit, sweet honey, crunchy granola bits. So refreshing. The drip coffee was pretty standard, didn't blow me out of the water but did the trick! We also tried the Wave bowl. The color alone on this one is beautiful. It is a bit funky because of the spirulina but it makes it more palatable knowing its good for you! The color and fun textures help as well. The bee pollen was fun as well. The avocado toast was good too, very very lemony. I happen to love lemon so I enjoyed it.

Managed to finally get my hands on the Wave Bowl and got a say. It wasn't bad. Definitely made me feel like I was eating something healthy for once. And the amount was enough that I wasn't too hungry later. As someone who enjoys visually appealing food this would be in my top 20. The coloration was whimsical and fun and the variety of fruit flavors made each bite unique

*update* i had an amazing cortado today, on the house. it was exquisite, the balance of steamed milk and fresh espresso shots. thank you palm & boy, I am a new regular! 💗 quite nice espresso here and friendly staff!! but I ordered a cortado...and it was more like a machiato. Just a dollop of foam on top. a traditional cortado should be equal parts espresso and steamed milk.
