Read the review their gravy on the chicken fried steak was the best they ever had. Went to try it but it fell below my expectation, I can't say WoW on that, the omelette was good, the pancake was good but the home made fries was a surprise, I thought it will be like McDonald's fries but instead it was like breakfast potatoes (cut up small pieces potatoes). First time I heard people call them fries. Accept cash only at this family restaurant.

They're having difficulties lately. I asked for eggs over medium. Eggs came over fried and runny, sent them back and got new ones that were completely over cooked and dry.🤦‍♀️ Hopefully they can work things out, but I probably won't be back.

My son enjoyed his biscuits and gravy. The second time I visited it was with my sister, she was not impressed, especially since service was lacking. We noticed the regulars getting quick service while we had to wait and repeat our orders. It’s a classic American diner with a greasy spoon feel. Coffee wasn’t fresh both times I visited. Parking can be an issue as truckers seem to frequent this establishment.
