I came for breakfast. The preparation time was excessively long. The rice in the omurice was undercooked. Additionally, the kimcheese sandwich was served cold. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience and would not recommend this restaurant.

place is a must try if you’re looking for a quick, tasty, healthy breakfast before burning some calories in the Flatirons 🔥 they have skratch labs electrolyte drink on tap for free for your hydration needs! love the cycling/triathlon decor in the store. i had the burrito, pop tart party, and latte and all were really tasty. recommend for anyone visiting out of town

The poke bowl was absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced! The lemongrass chicken bone broth was also a standout, rich and comforting. Definitely recommend both if you’re looking for a nourishing and delicious meal. The only downside was the staff, who felt a bit unfriendly, which took away from the overall experience. Great food, but a little more warmth from the team would go a long way!
