Love this shop! Best coffee shop in Fort Collins! Lovely art deco decorations. Long comfy bench to relax and work. Music is low-key. Employees are upbeat and friendly. I'll be here a lot!

Extraordinary beverages, a staff that redefines the concept of impeccable service, and a coruscating interior! Megan and her coworker ensured my visit to this new Fort Collins coffee shop was complete with both a wonderfully warm experience and a tasteful drink. They also recommended a delightful lemon poppy seed muffin that had a light glaze over top of the fluffy baked good. It was the ideal ambrosial treat to split between two and still feel entirely full. While their chai is lovely, Megan made an Americano that simply does not compare to any other hand crafted caffeinated beverage in the area. It was a delectable balance of bitterly satisfying sweetness, and I absolutely recommend being a patron of Roast if you’re in town!

Amazing quality coffee & treats, wonderful staff, stunning atmosphere; a very pleasant experience, elegant and super cozy. This is my favorite coffee shop in Fort Collins!
