I’m so glad to have something this cute in the area! The coffee is good too, I saw that their beans are from Lima roasters which is local to Fort Collins, so that’s a thumbs up. There’s a selection of some trendy things to purchase in the front of the cafe, but they also have a mini fridge with farm fresh eggs for sale. I love the versatility. I’m wishing them good luck and I hope they stick around, I’ll be coming by to do my part;)

Cocos Cafe is a hidden gem that brings European vibes to life right in the city. Stepping in for the first time, it felt like I’d wandered into a cozy corner of Paris or Rome. The real game-changer, though? Their honey rose latte—it’s like sipping on a little piece of heaven. Smooth, perfectly sweet, with just the right hint of floral notes. If you’re into unforgettable coffee experiences, this place is an absolute must. And one more thing that made the experience unforgettable: we decided at the last minute to celebrate my friend’s birthday, and the barista went above and beyond. They were super helpful and pulled together a beautiful setup with whatever they had on hand, making the surprise feel extra special.

I happened to be in the area and needed a place to quick sit down and do some work. I happened to come across this place, and I am SO HAPPY I did!! What a GORGEOUS place. The vibe is spectacular, the matcha flavors are top tier and the service is so wonderful. If you decide to swing by and check it out, I promise you will not be disappointed. I live in Windsor, and now commute just to work from here because I love it so much.
