CA PHE, Vietnamese Coffee and Banh Mi

We went for their soft opening and are very pleased with the food and service. We got a BBQ pork and a Roast Pork Bahn Mi, with an egg coffee to drink. The bread was the right combination of crispy and soft, the fresh vegetables were perfectly pickled, the BBQ pork had amazing flavor with a bit of spice, although overly fatty at times. The ratio of meat to vegetables was great. The roast pork had a very nice crisp skin, which I haven't experienced at other places. The egg coffee was complex, with sweet flavors up front and the bitterness of the coffee at the end. I'd never had egg coffee before, but I will certainly order it again. We felt the prices were reasonable, with good portions, and a very friendly staff. The atmosphere was very clean and modern. We will be back for the grand opening.

This place is truly unique and excellent. This is a family owned cafe with great food choices. The bahn mi is out of the world and so are the pistachio drink and desert. Very filling and healthy at the same time. Not sure why I would go to subway any more except they are not open past 5:30 which I I highly recommend they do.

Excellent addition to the neighborhood! The variety of food and drink is great, with there being plenty of sweet and savory treat options as well as meal options. Service was wonderful, and the restraunt was immaculately clean. There is a good amount of seating, but I didn't see too many outlets for charging laptops.
