Cozy place to hang out, the girls behind the counter were very sweet and quick to get your order out, and bathrooms were clean too. I got the ice vanilla bee Chai and it was very good. Their chocolate covered espresso beans are quite tasty too!

I’ve come to this location many times and today’s service was just absolutely horrendous! The amount of attitude that was thrown out by the high school teenagers for their mess ups was disgusting and not only was it even more disgusting on how dismissive the manager who also look like a teenager from high school was. I’ve been a long time Supporter of Ziggy‘s, and this level of service is absolutely not OK across the board. Not to mention that the cashier taking my money, didn’t even let me know that I had rewards to use and when they messed up a drink instead of making a new one they just tried to scoop out what they messed up, which is not how that should be done. Very disappointing service today.

Carson and Olivia are the best! They were super friendly and helpful and they totally made the experience amazing! They were able to honor my rewards when the app wasn’t working and I’m totally going to be coming back
