Good coffee but these new Christmas lights on 24/7 are atrocious. It de-classes the whole building and just looks cheap and gimmicky. I used to go here every weekend Saturday and Sunday but as a resident down the block I can’t stand the cheap flashing lights in my neighborhood & will not be back. Let’s keep Thornton looking nice and not like a cheap Vegas strip mall - do better please.

Today was ridiculous. I did an online order to the wrong store by mistake. For as often as I come by, I think just giving me the drink would have been good customer service. So, I reordered for the correct location. Yet, after waiting and waiting I went to the window and I was told my new order came in after the car now at the front, and they get taken care of first. Well, I don't know how many others were taken care of while I waited, there were now 4 cars, and I waited for at least 10 minutes.

My first time here iced Matcha was amazing came back today waited almost 5 minutes in the drive to thru just to get a watery matcha with no flavor when I asked for sweetner as well disappointed today
