I recently visited Story and Soil and had a great experience. The interior is super cool, with a trendy, artsy vibe that makes it a perfect spot to relax or get some work done. The outdoor seating is also a great option when the weather is nice! I tried the espresso tonic, and it was incredible! My sister got an iced latte, which she loved as well – smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced. Overall, Story and Soil is a fantastic place for coffee lovers. Highly recommend checking it out!

Super cute cafe! Lots of people around so it felt really cozy, I loved the atmosphere. They had a small board with notes from customers and events happening in CT which I thought was really nice. Their coffee is amazing, I had the spanish latte and I loved it, can’t wait to go back for more. I was worried parking would be an issue but I went after work on a weekday and had no problems, not sure how it gets on weekends though.

I’ve been going to Story and Soil for the past five years, and they’ve been consistent with their quality and overall experience a coffee lover seeks. If you know coffee, you will agree with me. They also bring in coffee from some of the best roasters in the country and are always rotating the selection, which keeps things fresh. Out of all the coffee shops I’ve visited around the world, Story and Soil is definitely up there and easily one of the best spots Hartford has to offer. Highly recommend checking it out
