Third Place by Half Full Brewery

I had a birthday party with 80 people in the Barrel Room at Third Place. I HIGHLY recommend it! We worked with Sennett who was amazing. She made herself available to us by either email or in person whenever we needed. Everything Sennett described is exactly how our party went! The space was perfect! We had three GREAT bartenders so our guests never waited for their next drink! We went with Coal House for the food and that worked out perfectly. Finally, Dave from Party Starter Entertainment was our DJ and was EXCELLENT! Can't recommend Sennett and Third Place enough!

Great space, especially for co-working setup, brewery, solid outside, pizza truck daily from 5pm, insane event room, and tasty beer. Simple piece of advice, immediately remove that sign in the parking lot next to the private event space entrance that say "STOP, Private Event". Cars are turning around (including us when we came to visit the first time) and leaving because nobody can see the little font under that is saying you open and need to proceed to the right. Put a massive A frame with info on how to enter the brewery as Google maps direct every person looking for your establishment to the parking in the back, not front entrance.

Third place is right around the corner from my apt and I absolutely love it! 10/10 great vibes, great beer, good variety of food options from breakfast to lunch and the food trucks for dinner. I love getting a drink and sitting outside for lawn games and listening the love music. They also have massive screens blown up to show the big sporting events throughout the year. A go-to spot in the rotation for sure!
