Hi! My reasoning for the low review unfortunately is it took us a very long time to get waited on, because of some missing credit card miscommunication or something. I was so hungry no food. I was like the only one paying to put music on so was very bored! The crack seat ripped my tights, so I had to change out my own chair, My boyfriend went outside to smoke and got locked out a half hour before closing by an employee! There's so little employees that people just leave with their drinks still in hand! To me that's a liability! I want you to succeed! But whatever's going on isn't helping! This place need someone like John Taffer from Bar rescue!

If you're looking for good customer service, I strongly advise you to avoid Diane. She lacks any sense of hospitality, has no sense of humor, and is extremely disrespectful towards customers. It's best to steer clear of her establishment and find a better option elsewhere in CT.

Jimmy Man this place is the place to go when u in town the food is great drinks r cheap billiards 🎱 tables jukebox karaoke 🎤 is a must and everyone bring good vibes. I just love the respect I get everytime my football comes thru the door the best feeling In The world
