I had a meeting here for a Spanish class. The instructor lived nearby and this is their favorite spot in Cleveland Park. It may seem slightly confusing where to sit if you just want coffee, but fortunately it was not crowded and we sat anywhere we wanted. The second floor is nice and quiet and offered as plenty of space and privacy to meet. I ended up trying a salad and a soup. I was very happy with both. I’m excited to try more and get dinner here soon. The staff, including the owner, were are very friendly and helpful. Another enjoyable find in Cleveland Park!

Consistent Illy coffee (espresso drinks only), never had a bad drink with it and the beans create such a smooth creamy coffee. The iced drink was made with a alcohol shaker as well which helped chill it without watering down the drink. The service was a bit slow but there was no one there so it didn't bother us. Place is inside another restaurant so the atmosphere was a bit odd and they desperately needed music.

Here it is only listed as a coffee shop. It is both that and a sit-down Uyghur restaurant. You can get coffee and pastries at the counter, or sit down and order from the menu. Indoor and outdoor seating. Very tasty food; interesting new cuisine for me. Friendly service.
