One barista accommodated a group of 4 adults and two kids. The fish tank was a hit, keeping the littles occupied. The drinks were smooth and looked like art!

Beautifully tasting coffees. I ordered a Black Forest Latte and a Tiramisu Latte, thinking they would be really sweet. Nope! Just enough to be a dessert drink or an anytime coffee drink. They roast their own, so it's smooth and perfect. I'll be back for more, Bonsai.

Literally the only place in Dunedin that I have found, that PROPERLY roasts light roasts. If you like cinnamon roasts and lighter then this is the place! I absolutely love the Ethiopian Sidamo that they sell, it is wonderfully fruity and mildly chocolatey, a perfect combo in my opinion. The vibe is chill, the aesthetic is awesome, the staff is inviting and knowledgeable. Highly highly recommend this place if you are tired of the same burnt taste in your coffee!!! Finally, real third wave coffee in Pinellas county!
