This morning I attended the class that was offered espresso, fundamentals, and milk texture. What a very informative class and it gives you a great appreciation for what goes into making a good espresso, good cappuccino, Americano. Jose and Sergio didn’t splendid job and I would recommend you to go and watch their websiteand take part in the next offering of classes.

I have been working with 360 for several months. They have an amazing selection of coffees to choose from and they also roast beans that I import myself. It’s a wonderful family that owns the place too. The roasting is superb. I have worked with other roasters and there is no one in South Florida like 360F. The consistency is impeccable. Literally every batch is identical. It makes it so easy to dial in shots. I still dial in every morning, but, more often than not, I have to make no adjustments from one day to the next. 360F imports a variety of coffees with different flavor profiles and at various price points. Their SL-28 is simply the best coffee I’ve ever had, although it comes at a price due to its rarity. The Genova is delicious for everything from espresso to cold brew and hits a price point that makes it suitable for everyday use. If you need a supplier for your coffee shop or you geek out with coffee at home, look no further than 360F. They are, without a doubt, the best in town.

Marcela was extremely nice and professional, very knowledgeable, I was looking for coffee bean mix to make cappuccino and new what to give me right away, and took the to explain various details about the process to me.
