I got an iced biscotti coffee they gave us a cup full of ice and milk. It tasted nothing like coffee even and it had no notes or orange or honestly no flavor at all. They charge $7 for a coffee and it was worse than the 7-11! 7-11 at least has marshmallows and stuff for you! I showed a pic of their sign and our drinks mine had no whipped cream and even looks like a cup of milk. We also got iced mint coffees the picture had whipped cream and peppermint sprinkles but we got no peppermint sprinkles on ours even though I saw it was there for them to use. We waited like 10 minutes for our banana muffin and hard burnt cookie. This is the worst coffee shop I’ve been to in a long time! I have NEVER gotten a cup of half and half before. Awful and expensive.

I love the staff here, and the food when it is available is also great. Coffee is good, I think I've only had one poorly made drink. The reason I'm knocking a star is because it seems like nothing is ever available. The last 3 times I have visited (twice over app, once ordered in person), my items were not available. Staff has always been kind and accommodating, but there needs to be better management of the inventory of the app. There was an occasion where what I ordered showed in stock when it wasn't, and the replacement item provided to me had shown out of stock in the app but it was available in store. Their drinks are a little on the less sweeter side by default. I enjoy this but wanted to point it out in case whoever is reading has a sweet tooth.

I was anxious for the opening of Gregory’s and I must say I am beyond pleased. I look forward to coming here for my coffee ever so often. Rue is sooo Awesome she is always pleasant and aims to please us customers. I am a forever customer.
