This is a quaint coffee shop / bookstore in downtown Lakeland. I enjoy the drinks and atmosphere here. It’s also a nice spot to check up on the most current novels and find some affordable used books! I highly recommend for any local bookworms!😊📚

Wow! A perfect example of a coffee shop with an interesting place to relax. The combination of books and art, along with plenty of comfortable chairs and sofas, offer a bit of seclusion, worthy of an extended stay.

My wife and I try and work a few days out of the week from local coffee shops to enjoy a change of scenery. We’ve been to every local coffee shop in Lakeland in the past two weeks and I must say Pressed is hands down our favorite in town! A few complaints about the other shops that Pressed just gets right. 1. Some coffee shops in town lack good WiFi. 2. Some have very noisy environments that aren’t conducive to working even with headphones. 3. Some have great atmospheres but very uncomfortable seating. Not good for a few hours of work. Pressed solves all these problems. Great atmosphere with books all around. Very friendly staff. Tables and couches great for relaxing or working. And the Coffee….. So good. Not to mention the sweet treats they have. The oatmeal cookie was amazing! Overall I have no complaints here. This will become our regular spot to work, relax and grab some coffee and treats. Maybe get a new book as well. 5 out of 5 no question. If you haven’t tried this place yet as a Lakeland local you are missing out!
