What a rip off. I’ve been going there since August. Each experience has been either a ripoff, bad service or both. The last straw was using my email for 10% off with free gift. You will see my photo. They didn’t want to. honor it Cashier says it’s not on my points but yet my phone number and email are two different things. Alejandro was not professional. No one there is professional. Always stoned. He had to call owner and owner was rude so now I now why this place operates the way it does. Their points systems sucks and though it seems like a huge store their prices are WAY higher. Thankfully I found other stores in the area with better service and even BETTER prices. It’s near where I live but not worth the minute drive. Next!!

It'd be zero stars if I had anything to do with it. Where do I begin. 1st, if it weren't for the 2 young men who work there, Gabe/Chris, I wouldn't come back. There service is impeccable, and knowledge of my needs are outstanding from any other smoke shop I've frequented. Now, with that being said, the prices are overrated, but the selection is better than most. The so-called "ladies' night" is weird and not at all worth it. The loudness of the dj they have for a small place like that is beyond me! But my main reason for the low stars is how I've seen the owner(s) treat their employees in front of customers and how they speak towards people, mainly the male owner. "Machismo" aura. Not well received. Do better! Don't @me this is just my pov of opinion

I loved the vibes on this hookah bar! The decor was beautiful, the service was amazing, and the hookah was delicious! My new favorite spot. Shoutout to our waiter, Gabriel, he was so attentive and friendly! Definitely will be coming here more often!!
