My husband and I recently discovered Roasting Buddies in Pembroke, and it was amazing! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a delightful aroma of freshly roasted coffee beans. The ambiance is perfect — a mix of modern and rustic charm with plenty of seating for those looking to relax, work, or catch up with friends. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, happy to recommend drinks based on my preferences. I tried their sugar free vanilla latte, and it was delicious! The coffee was perfectly brewed, rich, and full of flavor. You can really tell they take pride in sourcing and roasting high-quality beans. They also have a fantastic selection of pastries and snacks that pair wonderfully with their drinks. We opted to try their ham and cheese empanada, and it was so tasty, I almost got another one. What really sets Roasting Buddies apart is the attention to detail and the inviting atmosphere. It’s the kind of place where you feel at home, whether you’re grabbing a quick coffee to-go or settling in for a while. If you're in Pembroke and love great coffee, Roasting Buddies is an absolute must-visit.

I went here the other day and let me tell you it was mid quality. I was so excited to go here because it has great reviews and I saw many pretty pictures. I ordered the petite filet minion and a coffee. The steak was made with way too much oil and it barely had any flavor, which was disappointing to say the least. The coffee was okay, I don’t have much to complain about it. Half way through eating my food I started to have a stomach ache and by the time I arrived at home I was in absolute pain. My stomach was bloated and hurt so much for the rest of the day and the morning after. My friends also ordered from here and had the same exact reaction. I don’t recommend this place to anyone unless they want a stomach ache.

So good I came two days in a row! The staff is really nice. Laidback atmosphere. We ordered the avocado blt, omelet, caramel latte, and orange juice. All were delicious and came within 10 min or so. We came around 12pm. I didn’t think I would find a place like this in Pines, but glad I did. Would recommend and come back here.
