Very very healthy food. I think the food could have been tastier and less dry, possibly with more spices, herbs, avocado, yogurt, etc to balance out the healthy ingredients and make the food less dry, more moist and palatable. But if you are someone that can look past the taste and dryness of the food you consume, I definitely recommend this place to eat healthier options. The prices are medium to high for the food served. The ambiance is overall nice and the service is great with friendly staff. If you don’t mind paying a little more for healthier food, I recommend this place.

Good morning! This is the first time coming to CFS coffee. I loved the coffee cups they are heavy and are pleasant on the eyes. The drip coffee was so good! The food as well was a nice presentation with dish ware and tasty. The small decorations on the table made me smile. The staff have amazing customer service. I left very happy! Please come and try this place out!
