Super cozy place for breakfast. The patio was well spaced and tables were comfortable. Our waitress was kind and I could tell that there were a lot of regulars that come through, which is always a great sign of quality service. We got the waffle special with cheesy scrambled eggs and sausage. The waffle was loaded with fresh fruit and was so flavorful it did not need any syrup. Yum!

Amazing!!! We stoped for a brunch after a morning beach walk. The location is perfect, steps from the beach. We had an avocado Benedict with house fries, it was perfect!! The hollandaise sauce is so good that you will want to order a jar of it 😋. We also had an American breakfast and chocolate chip pancake 🥞. All very tasty!! And of course endless black coffee, they bring you coffee every 10 min. The service is great too. We were at the inside tables, but they have outdoor spots where people bring their pets.

Place was packed but there was room at the high top bar area. Food was great and came out quickly. Cool spot.
