My husband and I had the pleasure of dining at Maple Street Biscuit Company, and it was absolutely incredible! We tried the chicken and waffles, cinnamon biscuit, and the Bluegrass Grits – and every bite was perfection. The chicken and waffles had the perfect balance of savory and sweet, with crispy, flavorful chicken and fluffy waffles. The cinnamon biscuit was warm, soft, and packed with just the right amount of sweetness – a real treat! And the Bluegrass Grits? Creamy, rich, and absolutely delicious. The service was friendly and efficient, and the cozy atmosphere made it a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy a fantastic meal. We can’t wait to come back and explore more of the menu. Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking for an unforgettable breakfast or brunch experience!

When you go to this restaurant, definitely order a biscuit. We ordered 2, and they were delicious. We made a mistake and ordered the carne asada bowl. It was lacking in the presentation department and taste department. So, my suggestion is to pass up the bowl for a biscuit any day of the week. They were soooooo good.

When comparing this location to the one in Celebration (outside of Disney) I would have to say it’s severely lacking. I think the biggest downside was the lack of efficiency across the restaurant. Most tables were cleared but not wiped down, food came out a little cold, and the coffees didn’t arrive until we were almost done with our meals. While in line to order our food, which was about 10 min (not bad at all) we didn’t see anyone at the coffee stand. When someone was finally there, they started working on pressing juice to add to the dozen of already prepped juices rather than working on the coffee backlog. Anywho I’m sure this location is great when the staff works together.
