Found what will be a new favorite spot. Gem of a cafe and mini market. Bright colors to open appetite and start your culinary vacation. Had "the simple" a sandwich that blends culture with classic. The "bread" was actually a cornmeal based "bread" shaped platform for the stars of the show -sliced tomatoes, melted cheese,spinach, pesto, and egg . I accompanied it with local orange juice. The 4 star rate was for the baked salmon. I arrived as the tray came out. It immediately caught my eye with bright red peppers and parsley garnish. Sold by the pound, the flavor didn't fail! Perfectly seasoned, no raw scent, & without over salting fillet. 1 star taken away because this magnificent fish dish was put into round take out container that folded 1 section of fillet over to expose the SCALES. Knowing that this kitchen bakes it with skin and scales kinda broke my heart. If I ever order again, I'll have to skin the fillet before I dig in. Setting gave cozy sitting room or reading nook.

Food was sooo fresh and yummy. Service was great. Bathroom was modern and clean. I noticed upon leaving that i lost track of time thanks to the enjoyable ambience. Highly recommend. They also have a market with fresh produce and a few staples. I especially appreciate the ingredients and no seed oils. 10 stars for good food!

Relaxing ambiance with gorgeous greenery and the best selection of healthy food i have ever seen!! It is very special, using olive oil from Crete, Puro coffees, and delectable desserts. The most delicious whole wheat croissant!! With salmon and dill- wonderful 🥰
