Oct 02, 2024- The lady that first opened the store was actually nice. But I think people could think wrong about her because she doesn’t smile or didn’t greet us but I didn’t want to judge too soon. I ordered my food and drinks and it came out so good for my husband and I. I can tell she was taking her focused time on each drink so that’s great! Just be patient with the employees, you just never know what anyone is going through. Thank you Lady, I didn’t think to look for her name. The food was grrreat! Turkey sausage bagel was fire 9/10. And my husband liked the foxtail English muffin 8/10.

Manager is unprofessional and very disrespectful towards customers. I wouldn’t recommend this place. The owner should seek someone a bit more polite and respectful towards those who are nice and respectful. Adding ice to nitro cold brew is generally not recommended because it diminishes the unique characteristics that make nitro brew special. Here’s why: 1. Loss of Texture and Creaminess – Nitro cold brew is infused with nitrogen gas, creating a smooth, creamy mouthfeel and a cascading effect similar to a stout beer. Ice disrupts this texture by introducing extra water and breaking up the nitrogen-infused body. 2. Dilution of Flavor – Ice melts over time, diluting the rich, bold taste of nitro brew. Since nitro cold brew is already designed to be smooth and full-bodied, extra water weakens its intended flavor profile. 3. Temperature Control – Nitro cold brew is usually served cold from the tap or stored chilled in cans. Adding ice isn’t necessary because it’s already at the ideal drinking temperature.
