I was in downtown Tampa for work, and after wrapping up, I wanted a morning coffee and a quick bite. After searching nearby, I found Medina River Coffee Roasters and decided to check it out. The ambiance was cool, calm, and peaceful, with plenty of seating and great spots for social media selfies. From the menu, I ordered an Iced Latte and Everything Avocado Toast. The service was quick, and I soon had my order. The avocado toast was fresh and flavorful, and it paired perfectly with my iced latte, making a great breakfast combo. Medina River Coffee Roasters is a fantastic spot to relax, enjoy great coffee, and snap some cool pictures!

Samantha with Offline - 2nd time at Medina and they didn’t disappoint. My husband and I shared the Valentine’s Day flight and wow! What a treat! Every flavor was delectable and the presentation was delightful! Probably could’ve gone for round 2! The location is also so cute and chill. Also got a banana nut muffin that was scrumptious. Can’t wait to go back and try more things!

The coffee flight here truly lived up to the hype! We got the valentines coffee flight, and it is probably one of the best I’ve had. Color me impressed. They did a great job with the flavor profiles of each pour- the only one that didn’t stand out to me was the Cupid Bold Brew- it was very strong like most cold brews but that was about it. And the flavor description was that it was just a chocolate cold brew so it makes sense. It was really hard to pick a favorite between the other 3. I am always skeptical to try matcha drinks because they’re either delicious or straight taste like dirt, but this one was so good I would’ve ordered a full size version and thoroughly loved it. It was really refreshing and had the right sweetness but not too much. If you want something more sweet, the chocolate cheesecake will fill that desire. That one was really, really good. And the Berry Into You was also fantastic. It’s hard to find the right ratio when making a coffee drink that has fruity notes, but they nailed it. I truly couldn’t pick a favorite between the matcha, cheesecake, and berry one. So well done. We also got an açaí bowl that was muy bien. I know an açaí bowl is good when I don’t want to add a drizzle like peanut butter or nutella to it- it was way too good on its own to do anything else to it. I will definitely be back for food & coffee here. If there’s one thing I could change about this spot is the seating. I came in a saturday so I’m sure that’s one of their busier days, but there was quite literally nowhere for me and my friend to sit. Not even a corner where we could sneak in. Fortunately, a few people left right when we got done ordering but otherwise we would’ve been out of luck. And since it’s located right across from UTampa I think they probably have steady business. They could utilize the space a lot better and even have room to put some seating outside in the front & back. I feel that this made the vibe a little off but they’re really into something here. I will definitely be back but probably more as a quick stop and grab coffee and head out rather than sit down.
