Egg sandwich decent despite it being burned. Latte way too sweet. These I can get over. The real atrocity is having one kiosk for 30+ people to order manually and enter contact information. Wait 3 min per person to order, while the staff isn’t busy in the back. The sandwiches come from a warming machine — they aren’t made to order. Revenue gonna take a hit with this mismanagement. Only coffee shop in B central- time to replace with a more efficient venue.

Dear Owner, I hope you take the time to read this review. On December 20th, my husband and I had a layover at ATL Airport, Terminal B, and came across what seemed to be a wonderful establishment at the time—Roast Coffee House. That day, I ordered a seasonal cold drink with grapefruit and coffee (unfortunately, I don’t recall the name) and a sandwich with pesto sauce. My husband opted for a cappuccino and a ham and cheese croissant. Our experience was delightful! The sandwich and croissant were perfectly golden and crispy, and everything tasted amazing. Today, we had another layover at ATL Airport, and we were so excited to relive that great experience that we went out of our way to find this place, even traveling to a different terminal. But what I want to say is… TODAY’S EXPERIENCE WAS DISAPPOINTING! When I asked for the same coffee-grapefruit drink as before, the staff seemed unfamiliar with what I was describing. I explained that I was looking for something cold, like a lemonade with coffee, but they couldn’t quite suggest an alternative. I later noticed the seasonal menu myself and realized the alternative drink I was referring to was Sparkling Tiger’s Eye. As for the food, since I didn’t recall the name of the sandwich from my previous visit, I asked whether the Warm Turkey Sub Roll contained pesto sauce. The employee wasn’t sure and had to check, which left me a bit uncertain. When she returned, she said, ‘I don’t know what it is, something green.’ To be honest, I was shocked. I think it’s important for staff to have full knowledge of the menu, especially for customers with allergies. Today’s Warm Turkey Sub Roll came with no crispiness—just plain bread. My husband’s croissant was also overcooked and slightly burnt. Honestly, we are disappointed and will likely not return. What does this say about your establishment? It suggests there may be inconsistencies in food quality and service. I hope your team can ensure that all customers receive the same great experience we had during our first visit. To anyone reading this review, you might think it’s silly to expect good service in an airport restaurant. But I came to spend my money here, and I expect proper service and decent food in return—because I’m paying for it. I strongly do not recommend this place. ATL Airport has plenty of other dining options to suit any taste. Sincerely, A very disappointed customer.

Brittany had such a warm and bubbly greeting! Quality customer service in the airport is hard to find, but she delivered! Highly recommend Roast in the B concourse. Line is always long but they move quickly!!
