Cox Cafe is a hidden gem in Macon. The food is always fresh, the prices are extremely reasonable, and you can not beat the staff for amazing friendliness & customer service!

This place has gone downhill. Seems like the people that work there expect you to know what you want to eat. And God forbid you ask them for silverware or something that the waitress forgot. And checking out is a nightmare for such a small restaurant. I'm good, I'll go to famous Mike's before I drive out of my way to eat a ok breakfast.

This is where the locals gather early in the morning and discuss....... I loved it! and loved the people and their conversations. Bacon and grits were awesome and they cook your eggs to order.
