Cute place to hang out and study. Plenty of seating. Matcha was ehhh. Too milky for my liking. Would have liked more matcha flavor. My cousin got a hot chai and it was not very good. It was way too gingery and just not so fun to drink :P I think I would come back and give them a second chance in the future.

The sandwich and coffee was great but it was quite busy and they had to remake my sandwich which took quite a while. Also the parking was not 100% clear because of the nearby businesses. Overall nice spot but it was pretty busy and the service struggled
