Note to management: I’ve been coming here for a couple years, just recently it seems like the boba is undercooked and too hard. I’ve made the complaint at the counter and they were kind enough to get a new batch. I don’t know if you’ve made a change recently or not, but you should go back to the old boba or old process you used.

I came here for book club and the staff was extremely rude to me and my girls! She was a sassy blond with black rimmed glasses. Her attitude made me feel like she hated everyone. She hates her job. She really sucked out the cute fun environment from the place. I don’t think I will go again.

This is a great place to sit and chat with friends. The coffee is good, the Boba is excellent, the pastries are lovely. The bakery items are stocked from Gaston's. I gave this a 4/5 because it is a frequent issue for the store to be out of stock of something; no tapioca for Boba or no pastries left. The rest of the experience is great, and they are kid friendly. I hope to edit this one day with a 5/5.
