Everything was perfect about this visit. The rebel iced was delicious, and so was the white mocha hot coffee. The atmosphere of the place I could see myself hanging out at. They had a chess set, a couch, and even a place for kids to play. The two girls were very friendly and welcoming, and I could see myself returning to this coffee place.

I get that they've had significant turnover in staff… and it takes time to train new staff .. so I think I have been reasonably patient .. I used to drive-thru pretty much every day… but stopped when the service level significantly declined .. wrong orders, do not wipe cups clean b4 handing to you in car .. as examples. Indeed the most difficult part about running a business is finding, inspiring and keeping good people .. that get the customers ultimately pay their wage. Will try them again .. but will be awhile ... all the issues are certainly fixable as long as leadership sets consistent high standards. This review is after a consistently poor experience over a string of at least 4 visits ... and yet I optimistically tip every time : (

Great coffee shop! Sure hit the spot this morning! Love local shops!! Even got pup cups for the doggo!
