Ordered to go at counter at 9:46. At 10:20 was told a few more minutes. Had an employee look at my receipt at 10:30 and was told should have been a 20 minute order and went to check on it. At 10;40 owner/ manager came out with food. Asked why it took so long and said I don’t know.

Had a burrito. They cut it in half for us. The hash brown casserole was tasty. The gravy lid was not on tight and gravy spilled all over inside of the burrito container. Asked for no protein but it was included. There was no egg as advertised, little veggies and no black beans. It was a tasty burrito though.
