Ordered a bowl of potato soup and a cup of coffee. My partner got an egg sandwich. My soup hardly had any flavor, just cubed frozen potatoes in milk. I was so disappointed. The coffee was nothing to write home about either. I had to ask my partner for a slice of bacon from his sandwich to add flavor to my soup.

This was my first time to their new location. At their previous location, everything was outstanding and 5 stars, but I'm not sure what happened here. My food was given to another table and then the same plates were brought to me. Although I trusted the employee when she said they didn't touch it, it was still cold. My macchiato, I know I ordered it traditional, but it smelled and tasted burnt, and the peppermint oatmilk latte had a strong taste as if it had gone bad. I couldn't finish either drink. I wish I hadn't spent money here, and I wish I knew what happened. I was going to chalk it up to just an off day, but my friends said they experienced the same. :( The staff was lovely, and the space is still very welcoming and relaxing.

Love the atmosphere of this downtown cafe and the staff is so friendly. Reasonable prices and the menu offered so many good options, it was hard to choose! We had the Strawberry & Goat Cheese Salad, Cubano, and Sausage, Egg & Cheese Biscuit. I also tried the sausage gravy. Everything was delicious!
