Indie Coffee Roasters makes quality espresso drinks. Their seasonal rotations are some of my favorite options for a latte in Carmel and the baristas are happy to answer any questions about the menu. They also don’t bloat drinks with extra milk and syrup just to sell a larger beverage. I always know I’m going to receive a well-balanced latte here. However, this location is quite noisy and not a great atmosphere for studying/work, if that is what you are looking for.

My husband and I each enjoyed our "Figgie Smalls" lattes. We found plenty of comfortable seating available, which was a relief since we visited on a Saturday morning. The baristas were very friendly and even brought our beverages to our table. The espresso in the latte was extra smooth and not too bitter! We will definitely be back!

As coffee shop trends grow, Indie has a calm, yet warm vibe. Coffee flavor is on point. It is balanced, and not overpowering with the perfect jolt of caffeine. Their pastries are a treat to your palate. The crew members are always smiling, busy, and attentive, which is hard to attain in this kind of industry. Very clean spot, I would suggest dimming the lights a bit since the windows already provide a natural light. Feels like home. Definitely coming back.
