Wonderful people. Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free parking lot Parking: Near old Sears building in Washington Square Mall Kid-friendliness: Kids are always welcome. Regularly see many kids of all ages working on studies. Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking right out front. Wheelchair accessible right to the front door. Plenty of options for wheelchairs in the seating area.

Service was great. Cozy, charming atmosphere. Cookies 'n Cream muffin was delightful. Drip coffee was not impressive - thin and sour. I'd go back, but would order something different to drink.
