Ordered a few pounds of green coffee for my roaster, all bags were under weight, even when weighed in the zip lock bags, they were all short. First pic shows the scale zeroed. other two were in the bag with the label in too. Sucks because the Jamaica Blue Mountain is not cheap. Could not contact because their email server had an issue according to the undeliverable message I got from 3 different emails. Never use them again.

Great experience purchasing a replacement behmor. There was an issue with the shipment but Mitchell was a true professional and took care of it without hesitation. They made sure I was satisfied. I'm happy we found Theta Ridge Coffee. Looking forward to purchasing some green beans from them.

These guys are top notch! We drove 4 hours to get to Theta Ridge's coffee warehouse, not sure exactly what we wanted to buy, and were treated like long-term big clients (even though we are just hobby roasters). We left with 70 lbs of various awesome green coffees and plan to return when we need more! Also looking forward to a cupping with Theta Ridge in the near future! Totally worth the drive from SE Michigan.
