The most phenomenal scooters & customer service ever! I have been coming here for over two years, EVERY day. It doesn’t matter who they hire, the employees are always exceptionally kind. It’s not just a here’s your drink, go on, they actually sit and take the time to converse with you while you wait on your drink. I love all these employees, and of course my amazing drink which is always made amazing. Special shoutout to WILLIAM such a sweetheart, Alex, Mercury, and many more. 100% will always be my #1 coffee shop.

Sick of the same ol understaffed for the weekend wait. Now the coffee making is terrible. When your competition is directly across the street, you might want to actually try to have a great shop. This place used to be, now it's just another failing coffee shop. Maybe Dutch bros will come in and make it better again.

Steer clear of scooters unless you want to be price gouged. Their boards reflect the pricing, but they don't honor that pricing and instead up charged us more than $1 more for the coffee. When asked why it was more than what was listed, the very confrontational employee said it hasn't been changed in 2 years and they don't have to honor that. False advertising to say the least. We were trying to switch to here instead of Starbucks, but due to this experience, we will not be going back
