From a Lawrence native’s perspective, this place provides a great reason to stop by if you’re in Topeka! The coffee (Iced Vanilla Latte pictured) was great, the Chicken Pesto Sandwich was also great, and the atmosphere was excellent. It was a great place to work for the 2 hours I was in Topeka. Definitely a recommend from me!

What a find. Coffee was good…but the scone was fabulous. Sure it’s an espresso bar, but why not lead with what they are best at and call it Blackbird Bakery and Espresso Bar. My scone was the apple cranberry and seriously one of the best scones…If not THE best scone I have ever tasted. Try it.

Cozy coffee shop with great food! Just the right music, relaxing seating and delicious coffee. This time I got breakfast but normally I'd grab some type of bakery goods. It's a must!
