This place has great pancakes ( even though it's printed as crepés😤 ) and boba milk teas. The muffins are delicious. My son got the Mexican sandwich which was also good.

Very good and very nice lady that works there. I went for the fruit teas and ended up trying the food as well. It's authentic and a great price.

I love the service, they all were very nice! Their main menu is pancake but the reason I went to the store was to get crepes. But what I got was not, it's just a regular pancake that roll together. Crepes are a very very very thin pancake, the batch it's different, it's more a lot more watery than pancake. This was not crepes that I know.
