Best place in town to buckle down and study for your finals. The dark acadaemia core atmosphere, coupled with the delicious coffe and food and friendly staff make for the perfect combination to focus and get things done.

Was staying near by and had the chance to try this place on a couple mornings. Had cold brew with house made caramel on one day and caramel latte another day. Both great. Luckily Starbucks was closed for renovations otherwise I may not had tried it. Definitely the better option.

What a lovely little coffee spot to sit back, relax, and enjoy a cup of your favorite drink and watch the morning unfold. Super tasty drinks, wonderfully friendly service, and perfect location. Highly recommend!!
