It's definitely a college-level shop run by college students. I ordered an iced matcha latte. See pics for what I received. Wasn't worth the price. I'm assuming this place used to be a lot better based on past reviews. I was genuinely excited to try to grab a decent drink before working on some stuff.

I've ordered a lot of drinks from this place for the past 3 years and they've always been wonderful, but I've also seen a decrease in the employees' abilities to make drinks on their own accord. I'm mostly sure this an issue of lack of training, my drinks have been taking longer and longer to make because the workers have to ask managers and experienced staff how to make something and look in their recipe book, which makes me late for class or work. While waiting, I've also overheard the more experienced workers gossiping and talking in a negative way about other people. It's none of my business, but I thought this was supposed to be a friendly and inclusive environment, I'm worried about what they might say about me.. All in all, the food and drinks are great and tasty, and the area is clean and not always cluttered, but the newer employees could use some prior support and training.

If you want an amazing drink just ask for Luke. He makes them delicious. Great place and atmosphere
