They have a vending machine at the Emergency Room that charge up to $2 and keeps money. If you want to complain you must go to this cafe! like how many sick people go complain or go all the way to get their money? Collecting money off sick people!!!!! Don’t use vending machines at Baystate Emergency this was not first time. Drinks too!

Buffalo chicken wrap is disgusting. They warm up premade, frozen food and it’s absolutely disgusting.

Literally one of the best Hospital cafes I have ever been to. They make an amazing burger, and the staff is super friendly.
