We had a lovely dinner here. The waitstaff is very attentive and super helpful. It was very kind of the chef to offer us a little bowl of beef soup for the wait. It was a very busy night and our first time dining here, so we were excited to try a new dish. The beef soup was excellent btw and I highly recommend it. I tried the eggplant rollatini as an app. It was very good and spicy if you could tolerate a little red pepper flakes. My friend ordered the steak special and said it was very tender and deliciously prepared. I had the Haddock, which was light, flakey, and perfect. No fishy taste. The veggies, sauce, and pasta complimented the Haddock very well. The portions were very generous, too. For the dessert, my friend tried a slice of the coconut cake. It was a HUGE piece and very tasty. We look forward to coming again and trying the bread pudding, which everyone seemed to rave about. The presentation was very aesthetic. Lastly, it was cool to be able to see the open kitchen behind a window with all the cooks. Especially when a chef was flambéing a dish. It was very entertaining to watch. I'm looking forward to visiting again and trying some more dishes!

Caffeine’s Midtown – A Must-Visit Culinary Gem I don’t usually write reviews, but Caffeine’s Midtown is on another level—it NEEDS to be on your bucket list. I’ve dined at some of the fanciest restaurants money can buy, and I can confidently say that none of them can compete with the experience I had here. The braised short rib? It literally melted like butter. Every bite was packed with rich, deep flavor, cooked to absolute perfection. My girlfriend ordered the filet, and it was just as mind-blowing—tender, juicy, and effortlessly smooth. Seafood lovers, you must try the mussels and octopus. The mussels were fresh, flavorful, and bathed in a sauce that had me practically licking the bowl. The octopus? Perfectly charred, tender, and bursting with flavor—some of the best I’ve ever had. From the atmosphere to the service to the unreal food, this spot is elite. Whether you’re a foodie or just someone who appreciates a phenomenal meal, do yourself a favor and make a reservation ASAP. This was my first time here and Kathy our server was so amazing, nice had fabulous food recommendations.. just great service. I had the best filet which was one of the specials and it was the best fillet I ever ever had seriously. Crazy good! And the warm pear salad was fantastic. It was caramelized pears on top of spinach with some pecans with a carmelized glaze so delicious!! Love this restaurant and will definitely go back with different peeps. Met the chef who was humble and kind. ❤️
