My hot coffee was delicious!! They offered to warm up my muffin which was very tasty. I liked the atmosphere and the staff were very friendly. I’d definitely return :)

This place is much bigger than it looks on the outside. Very spacious and a cute aesthetic. In terms of service, we stood there for 7 mins before being asked what we would like. When asking the employees about specifics on drinks she responds with “idk I haven’t had it”. They should be well informed with what drinks are like for allergy reasons and to ensure customer gets what they would like. I tried the brown shaken espresso. It’s not entirely awful but there is a fruity aftertaste. I believe it’s the syrups but it didn’t taste like a brown sugar shaken. I also got a chocolate croissant which was absolutely delicious and they are very generous with the filling. Tables weren’t cleaned between customers but I guess it was a Friday so it was busy.

I visited this café with the hope of enjoying a relaxing time with my wife over a good cup of coffee, but unfortunately, the experience fell short in several ways. The service was the most disappointing aspect. A young man at the cashier was unprofessional and unapproachable, making communication difficult. Later, when I brought up an issue with my drink to two girls staff members, they simply laughed and brushed it off, showing a lack of customer service and responsibility. As for the drinks and food, my cappuccino was bland—just milk and hot water with no real flavor. I ordered two cappuccinos and a tiramisu, but the dessert teramiso also lacked taste, making it impossible to enjoy anything. Additionally, the **ambiance and seating** were uncomfortable, further affecting the overall experience. The attached pictures reflect the reality of the setting. The café has potential, but without serious improvements in (customer service and food quality), it risks losing customers. My advice to the owner: train your staff properly and focus on delivering a quality experience, both in service and taste. While I liked the place itself, I wouldn't return unless these issues are addressed.
