We all go to coffee shops. Get our coffee and go. This place is SO inviting and comfortable I choose to sit by the fire and relax. How often does that happen? Oh the coffee is amazing as well.

The place is so stunning and beautiful The work is incredible. The place makes you feel so relax and clam which is the best. The drinks were great not bad but we expecting more. The service lady seem she didn’t want to be there anymore or something. Her energy for a place like that was so off and not welcoming at all. I will definitely come back and try it but hopefully the stuff are more friendly and welcoming.

Besides coffee, they offer a variety of pastries and snacks, which seem to be well-liked, although I didn’t try any during my visit. Service at Spyhouse was efficient and friendly. The staff was knowledgeable and eager to share recommendations when asked. The place can get quite busy, especially on weekends, but the vibe remains relaxed and welcoming. Overall, Spyhouse Coffee Roasters stands out not just for its excellent coffee but also for the overall experience it offers. It's definitely a go-to spot for anyone looking to enjoy a great cup of coffee in a charming setting in Minneapolis.
