Awesome place, they have a coffee zone staring early with breakfast then the brewery open with a bigger seating area and an extensive menu. It looks really tasty with local products. A lot of beers available. High quality barrel aged beers, but there was a disconnect with how they serve them. 20$ for a 6oz bottle, that's alright, but they serve them way too cold. They gave me a 10-12 oz glass for my first bottle and for the second bottle, they removed the entire wax..

We stopped in based on the online reviews and luscious food pics, and found this place was completely worth the hype. We were seated in a big room adjacent to the bar. It had a cozy hunting lodge with an attitude vibe, with the addition of Christmas decor. I loved the chalk menu signs! My only criticism is that the background music was so loud that it was sometimes hard to hear my husband speak; if that music was turned down a few notches, that would be great. Our server was Amaelie and she took great care of us the entire time. My husband tried two small glasses of beer while I had a large can from local Keepsake Cider (I'm always so happy when a place has good cider available!). We started off with the queso appetizer. I'll be honest, I've become skeptical of queso because all too often it is bland or too watery or not even hot. This queso was great, piping hot with just a touch of spice, the texture thick enough to coat the included chips. The chips were a decent quality, too. We both ended up ordering the birria tacos. This was a phenomenal choice. We both loved these mini tacos--great shredded meat, loads of flavor. The included green sauce was too spicy for me, but my husband loved it! He also ordered fries at the side, and they were quite tasty. The portion was great, too. The fries were a good way to scrape up the last remnants of queso. This ended up being a fantastic date lunch. We'd definitely come here again!

I am glad other people took so many pictures of this space because I did not. I was so hungry by the time I got here. My partner and I are brewery connoisseurs. The end. Just kidding. They had an extensive beer list and really cute tables with pennies in them. Which will be worth a lot someday I hear. We sat right by the fireplace. So cozy. The main reason, besides the beer, that brought us in was the fact the menu said they have bibimbap. If you've never had it you have to try it. Everywhere I have had it it's in a really hot bowl where you basically cook the rice in the bowl while you are eating it. I was so excited to order it and pretty sad when it came. The menu had a little fire next to it so I thought it was exactly what i thought it was. It wasn't. It was a large bowl of mostly veggies, some meat and egg. The meat and egg were really good, my partner took most of my veggies, luckily for me. They did have this kind of pink sauce that was on it and after I tasted it I asked for more. It really helped to tie in the dish. Even though I was sad about my meal 5 stars for the ambiance, service and the menu choices they do have. I recommend stopping here if you are nearby.
