Went for the first time today. My girlfriend got an iced latte and an egg sandwich. I got a hot latte and cinnamon roll scone. The food and drink were pretty good. The service was very friendly. I very much get the sense that this is a "neighborhood cafe" as the people working there seemed very familiar with many of the customers. It is a small cafe, so it was a little tight as far as seating goes. They have a punch card system, which I haven't seen in a while and appreciated! There is also a cute well-behaved dog that seemed to live there and roam around.

Nice little cozy coffee shop bordering the Hill neighborhood. Very friendly and welcoming, even have the owners dog to greet you if you want. They make some of their own syrups and milks. Nice outdoor area. They place is still a work in progress outside. Had a cinnamon roll, which was geeat! Cool fact, they are open on Sundays.

Mountain House Coffee is such a charming little spot—it feels like you’re sitting in a study group in someone’s dining room. The cozy atmosphere is made even better by Piper, the resident pup, who kept us company while keeping a watchful eye on the door for new friends. I had the raspberry gluten-free scone with a coffee, and both were absolutely amazing—simple, fresh, and perfect. If this place is in your neighborhood, you’re so lucky! It’s the kind of café that feels like home. Don’t miss this spot.
