We're road tripping and found Ebon coffee on Redditt, as it came highly recommended by coffee snobs. 🤩 And they didn't disappoint! The coffee Artisans working helped answer our questions, suggested their favorite and unique drinks, and we took a brief tour of the kid's museum that shares there space. I loved the atmosphere with the fresh, green plants hanging in the coffee shop and listening to the water trickle like an indoor stream through an interactive water play area. For sure a great place to bring your kids, or yourself, to relax in a fun environment. We had the elderberry tonic + espresso over ice (so so weird and amazing, would recommend!), the cortado, and a pour over that came with a handmade fabric sleeve to keep my hands all cozy while I sip. I don’t have enough good things to say about Ebon. I’m here frequently, and the staff is always so friendly and makes me feel welcome. The coffee is consistently good and definitely the best I’ve had in Billings. And I just love the atmosphere, it’s a great place to come and relax, to come study, or to meet up with a friend. I LOVE Ebon Coffee 🤍🤍🤍

We were WARMLY welcomed by the very bubbly barista! I ordered a turmeric ginger latte and it was a great choice on the overcast fall day. The atmosphere is simple but comfortable. This was a great start as we just rolled into Billings
