When they first opened, the coffee and the service was outstanding. They are now average - something you can get on any corner. Go back to the beginning - with your coffee, your frappe mix, your food choices. And the people you hire are a representation of your brand.

We frequently go to Mazevo (all locations). It's a great place to meet with people. The staff are always friendly and helpful. we were in there yesterday, and Rachel took our order. She was especially kind, upbeat and friendly. She went above and beyond with our order. We had multiple people with us, and she even brought our drinks right to us.

Thank you so much to Mazevo for letting me use your conference room on Monday Afternoon. I just can't speak highly enough of your location and staff. First of all your confrence room and area was nice and clean bright and inviting. Your drinks were all Amazing and even brought to the room by your sweet barista. There was a really nice young gentleman that was super helpful as well. I wish I would have gotten his and her names because they were both amazing. Customer Service Superb. Thank You So Much. Definitely Recommend. Will Use in the Future. 🙏🔥🤗
